BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

A collaborative spirit who is known for strong organizational skills. With a MSc in Chemistry and Business, Anina leverages both analytical and strategic perspectives to drive impactful communication. With a passion for structuring efficient processes and a people-centered approach, she is dedicated to advancing UYM's mission through clear and engaging communication.

Tatjana Hödl

COMMUNICATION & EVENTS

Degree in marketing, financial management and business informatics. Practical experience in the banking and auditing sectors. In her PhD in Information Systems, Tatjana specializes in digital transformation, platforms and algorithmic control. She is fascinated by how people interact with technology and the impact algorithms have on their behaviour and society as a whole.

Charlotte Malz

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

A communications graduate, dedicated team leader, passionate communicator and strong conceptual marketing expert. Expertise: Strategic communication, thought leadership and expert positioning as well as B2B marketing strategy in the tech sector. Interests: Tech and social trends, digital ethics, slow food. Charlotte believes in the (unifying) power of communication.

Corinna Rutschi

CO-FOUNDER

Passionate about continuously learning new things, connecting ideas, and creating opportunities. PhD in Information Systems with expertise in studying organizations, intelligent systems, and interfaces; teaching Bachelor and Master students; moderating corporate events and conferences; and managing data and AI-related projects in the manufacturing industry.

Vanessa Warncke

CO-FOUNDER

Bridging the gap between people and technology, with a background in psychology and business information systems. Thriving in dynamic environments that encourage exploration of new ideas and paths. A passionate global marketeer, public speaker, and moderator with experience in tech startups, particularly in logistics, travel, and supply chain automation.
